The NOAA/CMDL sampling site at Ulaan Uul, Mongolia, is operated in cooperation with the Mongolian Hydrometeorological Research Institute. The NOAA/CMDL flask data from Ulaan Uul show an increase in the annual mixing ratio from 356.64 parts per million (ppm) in 1992 to 374.35 ppm in 2002.
