The sampling site at the Black Sea, Constanta, Romania, is operated in cooperation with the Romanian Marine Research Institute. The NOAA/CMDL flask data from Black Sea show an increase in the annual mixing ratio from 370.63 parts per million (ppm) in 1996 to 379.99 ppm in 2002.
