Draft 4 of the SOCCR CCSP Synthesis and Assessment Product (SAP) 2.2, a revision in response to government review of Draft 3, was delivered May 25, 2007.

Government review comments on Draft 3 of the SOCCR CCSP Synthesis and Assessment Product (SAP) 2.2 were recieved May 2, 2007. Chapter authors are currently responding to those comments. We hope to have a revised document ready for submission near the end of May 2007.

A revision of Draft 3 of the SOCCR CCSP Synthesis and Assessment Product (SAP) 2.2 with changes in the Abstract, Preface and Executive Summary was delivered March 7, 2007. That draft is currently in government review.

- November 2006

The public review period for the draft of the SOCCR CCSP Synthesis and Assessment Product (SAP) 2.2 closed on November 3, 2006. Authors and the Coordinating Team are in the process of responding to comments, preparing for delivery of the revised report scheduled for January 31, 2007.

The SOCCR Coordinating Team is organizing a workshop to assist with the review of the document and to evaluate the effectiveness of the stakeholder involvement aspects of the document's overall preparation process. The workshop will be held in Washington, D.C., on October 10, 2006. Attendance is limited by space, but if you are interested in attending, please contact Ms. Sherry Wright of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

Candidate Lead Author’s Workshop, May 16-17, 2005
The SOCCR Coordinating Team is pleased to convene the first workshop of candidate lead authors for the SOCCR.

Formal Opportunity for Comment:
The SOCCR is planned to become a Climate Change Science Program’s (CCSP) Synthesis and Assessment Product-- (SAP) 2.2.

The formal opportunity for public comment to the CCSP Office on the SAP 2.2 process and content is now open:
Comment period closes March 7th, 2005.

November 2004 - February 2005
